Dear Dawn,
Deciding to buy a second home is a big
decision and then choosing where is
another. Our journey became a lot easier
when our path lead us to you. From day
one, you demonstrated complete
professionalism and upheld ethical
standards above the rest in the
industry. Taking a personal interest,
you took the time truly getting to know
us and by doing so better understanding
what we were looking for in a second
home.
During the contract period, there were
some challenging circumstances to deal
with. You faced them head-on handling
them with honesty, professionalism, and
as the buyer’s agent, protecting our
best interest first and foremost. It was
very apparent that you went above and
beyond taking on tasks that normally

When Cammie
and I began looking into buying a second
home in the mountains, we were not
prepared for the overwhelming amount of
information regarding where to buy, what
to look for, and who to turn to for

I recently purchased a second home in
Fleetwood Falls and used Dawn Ellis as
my buyer’s agent. Subsequently, Dawn
asked that I provide a letter describing
my impression of her skill as a real
estate agent and of my overall purchase
experience.
I have purchased multiple properties
over the past ten years and my family
has a number of real estate investments
that I manage with my Father. Through
the years, I have worked with agents
that did not seem competent and others
with whom I have had a very satisfactory
experience. There are qualities that
distinguish superior real estate agents
from the rest and I can say from my
experience with Dawn that she is
superior in her work.
I felt welcomed and respected at our
initial meeting, where Dawn clearly
defined her role and what service she

responsive to me in initiating the sale
all the way through getting the sale
finalized. Dawn has continued to provide
support through the move to the property
including assisting with movers and
utility information.

knowledge of real estate in general and
all the related legal and financial

I was passing by
Dawn's office while out shopping. We listed
our home with Dawn after it had been on the
market with a competitor for
over 6 months. In that entire time we did not
have one showing. Dawn tailored her presentation
to us about the current market and offered us
help in finding a home in our current area in
SC. She sold our home in one day for full
price!!! We were totally satisfied with her. We
would tell anyone who'll listen about her (and
